Here are my socks. They're just plain stockinette. Toe-up, short-row toes and heels, 64 stitches for the foot and I increased up to 72 throughout the leg. All I need is to find some elastic thread and sew it into the cuffs. Yay, another pair of socks this summer!

Fiberlicious Friday
Yummy. Couldn't resist. I should have a pair of socks for tomorrow. Definately finished tomorrow, offical post, either tomorrow morning or Saturday. Yes, I know it's technically Friday now, but I haven't gone to bed yet. Naughty me

And the search officially begins
This is how I spend yesterday. I went over to my best friend's house and she helped me narrow down my search for school. I think I'm going to major in Business Management, or something like it. That has a good job outlook, doesn't it? There are a lot of things I would like to major in, like electrical or chemical engineering, but I don't know what kind of job I'd get after that. Hm. Decisions, decisions.
My second sock is almost finished! I'm quite happy. Ever since I got on Ravelry, I've been starting and finishing things like crazy. I've still got a couple of projects that haven't made it to Ravelry yet because I haven't gotten around to taking pictures yet.
In other news, I turn seventeen on the twenty-sixth! I don't exactly like being odd-number years old, but I guess I have to deal. =] And, I'm almost excited for my senior year of high school, but part of me is still really afraid of growing up.

Cowl in July
Makes perfect sense, doesn't it? Even more sense that I was wearing a swim suit in the picture. =] Silly me.
Pattern: Purl Bee's Cashmere Lace Rib Cowl
Yarn: Handspun angora/lambswool blend, about dk weight. The gray part is fiber from my own Louie.
Needles: US 8 bamboo circular
Modifications: I only cast on 120 stitches instead of 180. I also went up two needles sizes and knitted it with a different yarn.
I think I'm going to like it once the Michigan Fall/ Winter shows up.

I love this red.
Speaking of spinning, this yarn was spun on my Victoria, but what I really want right now is a new spindle. I have a toy wheel spindle from ebay, and I've never spun with a quality one, but I need this, from Spinsanity.
ETA: The spindle is already gone...Poo. I didn't think it'd last long. It's beautiful.

Tangled Yoke Cardigan
YES! I've wanted to knit this ever since I saw parts of it on Eunny Jang's blog.

Almost finished.
I'm almost finished with the first of my handspun socks. I thought I was going to make them knee highs, but I tried them on and decided I liked the length, so I've switched to US 1s (down from US 2s) and I'm doing a twisted rib for about two inches.

Clean room!
My best friend came over and we cleaned. For four and a half hours. Which meant I got my computer back. My mom had taken my laptop away because my room was an utter mess like it had been for months, but she was in a mood...Anyway, clean room equals computer returned. Yay! =]
